One transaction creates your token as a Base native asset, opens its pool and seeds every token you do not reserve as liquidity that is locked forever. The token has no admin, so nobody can mint more of it, pause it, freeze a wallet or rename it. Nothing on this page can be edited afterwards except the picture, the links and the trade fee, and the trade fee can only go down.
